Wobble stick
Description
The Neyco WS wobble stick provides lateral and tilt movement. Because of this freedom of movement, wobble sticks are frequently used to grip and reposition sample holders inside vacuum chambers.
Specifications:
- Welded bellows for UHV use
- Two separate bellows for extension and angle movement
- Angle range: ± 22°
- Baking temperature: 200°C
- Leakage rate: <1.10-11 mbar.L.s-1
- Custom design / manufacture possible
