Description
This mechanical device provides angular motion for any flange up to 15° in two planes separated by 90° and any combination of these inclinations between the two stages.
- Sealing mechanism: flexible couplings
- Tilt range: 30° included angle
- Micrometric screw adjustment: 0.01 mm resolution
- Angular resolution: 0.01° of tilt (for 0.01 mm of micrometer motion)
- Position locks: thumbs screw
- Baking temperature: 200°C (micrometer removed)
- Pressure range: Atm to 1x10-11 Torr
- Material exposed to vacuum: SS
