Description
This linear/rotary feedthrough design allows linear motion under vacuum using a stiff high flux magnetic coupling.
- no need for bellows or sliding seals - smooth operation
- extremely robust design, fully compatible with UHV environments
- linear transfer with free rotation
- bakeable up to 250°C
- maximum torque and angular accuracy depending on the type of magnet used for magnetic coupling (SmCo or NdFeB)
- shaft termination according to your needs
- choice of manually operated units or motorised drives.
Our magnetically coupled linear/rotary feedthroughs are supplied mounted on CF UHV flanges of different diameters to meet the system flange and torque requirements of each application.
